How long will it take for my Mala to ship?

It will take 1-5 business days for your Mala to ship.

How do I care for my Mala jewelry?

Keep your Mala jewelry away from any liquids - pools, baths, steam rooms, lotions, etc. and refrain from pulling and tugging your piece as much as possible, as it will stretch the thread.

A fabric bag is included with your piece for safe storage and transport. Malas should be stored out of heat and direct sunlight.

Be mindful of the pendants, as they may be delicate. Vigorous activities, small children, pets, door knobs, car doors, and drops can damage the beads, gemstone pendants, and findings.

How will my mala jewelry arrive?

When creating my pieces, careful consideration is given to overall healing impact of each theme that I create. I use only high-quality natural beads and each piece is cleared and charged with a selenite crystal before shipping.

Each piece is carefully packaged in a jewelry box and closed with twine with a natural fabric bag for safe storage and travel.  

A written breakdown of all of the crystal properties within the piece will also be included in the package.

What happens if you accidentally use the wrong address when ordering your items?

If you accidentally put an incorrect address on your order please message me immediately by the message icon at the bottom left of the screen or mobile device.

If the order does ship out to the wrong address, please contact your local post office to see how they can help!

If a package comes back to me due to an incorrect address, it is the buyers responsibility to pay for postage again.
